MEDIA PROMOTION DESCRIPTIONS
- Event Program Book
Event Program Book in Digital form is available to be downloaded from FFPM website as well on event site by all participants and attendees to the exhibition. The book will list event rundown and all relevant event information. - IAFMI Promotion Media
Sponsor company logo will be presented in IAFMI promotion media (poster and/or website and/or social media and/or others). - Exhibition Booth
Exhibition booth specification as per detailed in Exhibition part (below) of this proposal.
- Directory Book
+/- 700 copies of Directory Book will be printed to be distributed to the participants as the event guideline. Following are the Directory Book specification:- A5 Size
- Full colour cover
- Full colour inner page, mate paper
- IAFMI Promotion Media
Sponsor company logo will be presented in IAFMI promotion media (poster and/or website and/or social media and/or others). - Exhibition Booth
Exhibition booth specification as per detailed in Exhibition part (below) of this proposal.
SPONSORSHIP TERM & CONDITIONS
- Sponsorship participation shall be confirmed by filling the attached commitment form and submit it to event committee no later than 30 September 2022.
- Sponsorship participation shall be CLOSED on 30 September 2022 at 23.00 WIB or whenever the maximum amount of sponsorship is reached. Sponsorship confirmation accepter after the said due date or after the quota is reached will be offered to participate in the next FFPM2023.
- Payment upon sponsorship participation shall be made no later than 7 October 2022.
- Penalty of 50% of the Sponsorship price will be applied for the cancellation made before 7 October 2022.
- Penalty of 100% of the sponsorship price shall be applied for cancellation notice received after 7 October 2022.
- The sponsor company logo shall be submitted in native format or jpg format with minimum resolution of 300 DPI, raster 150 LPI with fount and proof print digital as color guidance. Logo and printed promotion material shall be submitted to event committee no later than 30 September 2022.
- The company profile video from EMERALD sponsor shall be submitted in WMV/MP4 format with maximum duration of 5 minutes. The said video shall be submitted to event committee via Drop Box FFPM2022 no later than 30 September 2022.
- The company profile video from PLATINUM sponsor shall be submitted in WMV/MP4 format with maximum duration of 3 minutes. The said video shall be submitted to event committee via Drop Box FFPM2022 no later than 30 September 2022.
Exhibitors Provision
- Total 28 booth is available for selected type of sponsors.
- Allocation of booth will be drawn during Technical Meeting
- Booth location for Emerald and Platinum will be decided by Committee
- Custom booth and design layout outside the standard committee specification shall be submitted to Event Committee before 3rd August, 2026
- Additional electricity power above the standard specification mentioned will be regulated separately
- Exhibitor representatives are required to attend the Technical Meeting to be held in Jakarta. The location and time of the Technical Meeting will be announced later
Each booth will come with following specification:
- R8 partition booth size 3×3 m
- White/Bright Color Multiplex Wall Panel
- Octagonal Aluminium Frame System 3×3 m
- Marking and Flooring Carpet
- 2 MCB/electricity panel of 450 watt with 4 ports including cabling system
- Spot Light/TL for each booth
- Vinyl cutting sticker (company name)
- 2 standard chairs and 1 standard table
TECHNOLOGY UPDATE
- Total 8 (eight) available slots for vendor presentations during Technical Concurrent Sessions on Day 2.
- Maximum duration of presentation is 30 minutes including Q&A
- The presentation shall not be marketing/branding campaign, rather on technical solutions and lessons learned.
- Registration of commitment for vendor presentation will be closed whenever the total slots is reached
- Vendor presentation commitment form has to be signed and submitted to event committee
- Presentation slides and/or video shall be submitted to committee no later than 1rth August 2026
