SPONSORSHIP

FFPM SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

FFPM 2024 sponsorship scheme as follows:

Note:
Additional EMERALD sponsorship price for the placement of company logo in the directory book:
a. Rp. 15.000.000 for inner side of front cover
b. Rp. 10.000.000 for outer side of back cover

MEDIA PROMOTION DESCRIPTIONS

  1. Event Program Book 
    Event Program Book in Digital form is available to be downloaded from FFPM website as well on event site by all participants and attendees to the exhibition. The book will list event rundown and all relevant event information.
  2. IAFMI Promotion Media
    Sponsor company logo will be presented in IAFMI promotion media (poster and/or website and/or social media and/or others).
  3. Exhibition Booth
    Exhibition booth specification as per detailed in Exhibition part (below) of this proposal.
  1. Directory Book
    +/- 700 copies of Directory Book will be printed to be distributed to the participants as the event guideline. Following are the Directory Book specification:
    • A5 Size
    • Full colour cover
    • Full colour inner page, mate paper
  2. IAFMI Promotion Media
    Sponsor company logo will be presented in IAFMI promotion media (poster and/or website and/or social media and/or others).
  3. Exhibition Booth
    Exhibition booth specification as per detailed in Exhibition part (below) of this proposal.

SPONSORSHIP TERM & CONDITIONS

  • Sponsorship participation shall be confirmed by filling the attached commitment form and submit it to event committee no later than 30 September 2022.
  • Sponsorship participation shall be CLOSED on 30 September 2022 at 23.00 WIB or whenever the maximum amount of sponsorship is reached. Sponsorship confirmation accepter after the said due date or after the quota is reached will be offered to participate in the next FFPM2023.
  • Payment upon sponsorship participation shall be made no later than 7 October 2022.
  • Penalty of 50% of the Sponsorship price will be applied for the cancellation made before 7 October 2022.
  • Penalty of 100% of the sponsorship price shall be applied for cancellation notice received after 7 October 2022.
  • The sponsor company logo shall be submitted in native format or jpg format with minimum resolution of 300 DPI, raster 150 LPI with fount and proof print digital as color guidance. Logo and printed promotion material shall be submitted to event committee no later than 30 September 2022.
  • The company profile video from EMERALD sponsor shall be submitted in WMV/MP4 format with maximum duration of 5 minutes. The said video shall be submitted to event committee via Drop Box FFPM2022 no later than 30 September 2022.
  • The company profile video from PLATINUM sponsor shall be submitted in WMV/MP4 format with maximum duration of 3 minutes. The said video shall be submitted to event committee via Drop Box FFPM2022 no later than 30 September 2022.

EXHIBITION

FFPM EXHIBITION PACKAGES

There will be 30 exhibition booths prepared. The booth reservation price is Rp 40.000.000,00 each booth with maximum specification as follows:

  • R8 partition booth 3 x 3 m
  • White/bright color multiplex wall panel
  • Octagonal aluminium frame system 3 x 3 m
  • Marking & Flooring carpet
  • 2MCB/electricity panel of 450 Watt with 4 ports including cabling system
  • Spot light / TL for each booth
  • Vinyl/sticker cutting lettering (company name)
  • 2 standard chairs & 1 standard table

EXHIBITOR PROVISIONS

  • EXHIBITOR commitment registration will be CLOSED on 12 July 2024, or whenever exhibitor number reaches maximum quota of the available EXHIBITION BOOTHS. EXHIBITOR candidate proposing after the said due date or after the quota is reached will be offered to participate in the next FFPM 2025.
  • EXHIBITOR commitment form has to be signed and submitted to event committee no later than 12 July 2024 at 23:00 WIB.
  • Payment upon EXHIBITOR commitment shall be made no later than 26 July 2024
  • Penalty of 50% of the exhibitor reservation price will be applied for the cancellation made before 2 August 2024.
  • Penalty of 100% of the exhibitor reservation price will be applied for the cancellation made after 2 August 2024.
  • Custom booth design and layout, shall be informed/proposed to event Committee before 31 July 2024.
  • Additional electricity power above the standard specification mentioned above will be regulated in separate provisions.
  • EXHIBITOR company logo shall be submitted in native file or jpg format with minimum resolution of 300 DPI, raster 150 LPI with font and proof print digital as color guidance. Company logo shall be submitted to event committee before 26 July 2024.
  • Exhibitor shall attend the Technical Meeting that will be held in Jakarta. Place and time will be informed later.
  • Allocation of Booth location will be drawn. However, dedicated booth for sponsor will be allocated first.

TECHNOLOGY UPDATE

There will be 8 (eight) available slots for vendor presentation with price Rp 30.000.000/slot. The  following are the provisions for vendor presentation:

  • Maximum duration is 30 minutes including question and answer session.
  • The presentation will take place in Break Out Session. Detail time and location of break out session will be informed no later than 16 August 2024 by event committee, upon committee received vendor’s presentation slides and/or video.
  • Registration of commitment for vendor presentation will be closed on 12 July 2024, or whenever the total slot of vendor presentations is reached.
  • Vendor presentation commitment form has to be signed and submitted to event committee no later than 12 July 2024 at 23:00 WIB.
  • Payment upon vendor presentation commitment shall be made before 26 July 2024.
  • Penalty of 50% of the vendor presentation price will be applied for the cancellation made before 2 August 2024.
  • Penalty of 100% of the vendor presentation price will be applied for the cancellation made after 2 August 2024.
  • Company logo of vendor presentation participant shall be submitted in native file or jpg format with minimum resolution of 300 DPI, raster 150 LPI with font and proof print digital as colour guidance. Company logo shall be submitted to event committee before 26 July 2024.
  • Presentation slides and/or video shall be submitted to committee no later than 2 August 2024.
